When opportunities arise for high school scholarships through our Sponsorship Program each year, we give priority to students who are committed members of Uweza’s programs and who perform well academically.
This year’s scholarships recipients Arnold, Friday, Frankline, and Siama participate in our soccer program and Naomi is a member of our girls’ empowerment club. All five students have been actively engaged in Uweza’s programs for more than three years and were among the top academic performers in Uweza on their KCPE exams.
Congratulations to these bright and talented students, we wish them well as they join high schools around the country this week!
