Today, we launched a three-month sewing and tailoring course instructed by Kibera-bashed fashion designer David Avido. The students are members of our Bright Futures program for young mothers and our women’s soccer team. They will be covering all the basics of sewing and at the end, will be making products that can be sold both abroad and locally to generate income.
