Winny is an Uweza all-star who makes the most of every opportunity. She never misses a session of our girls’ life skills club and has represented our taekwondo classes at a national tournament. She’s always one of the first to arrive for our art classes and has already sold two paintings.
So when a space opened up in our Sponsorship Program a few years ago, we immediately thought of Winny. True to form, she is shining academically. On her most recent final exams, she had the highest marks in her large class of ninety-nine students. A big thank you to United Methodist Women of the Vincentown Methodist Church for supporting Winny’s education. And to Winny, keep shining!
