They did it!!! Yesterday, there was more snow than had been seen on Mt. Kenya since 2000 and the total trek time lasted from 2 am to 7 pm with only an hour break for lunch. But with determination, teamwork, and encouragement from your donations, Maxi and a team of climbers from five other amazing organizations officially summited Mt. Kenya!
Thanks to you, we have been able to raise 118,000 KSH for our art and soccer programs and collectively, all six of the participating organizations have been able to raise just over 1,000,000 KSH for programs and services in Kenya.
