Yesterday, we joined I Choose Life-Africa, the Centre for Community Development and Human Rights, Resilience Fund, and the Kibra MP, Hon. Imran Okoth in launching the Jiinue Chap Chap Biashara Loans to a total of 10 youth groups supporting over 300 youth. These groups have spent the last several months participating in a series of training sessions relating to starting, registering, and running a business. Their businesses include candle making, peanut butter production, garbage collection and recycling, tailoring, and more.
Our partners at Project Kenya have selected and supported seven of the youth groups participating in the program.
